Questions? We've Got Answers
-
Why are the wattage numbers on our compact fluorescents different
from regular bulbs?
Compact fluorescent numbers are lower because the bulbs use less electricity.
Although a compact fluorescent bulb burns about as brightly as an incandescent, it uses
much less power, saving you money, and thus has a lower wattage rating.

What wattages are available in YEL Compact Fluorescents?
YEL Compact Fluorescents are available to replace 40-, 60-, 75-, 100-, and
150-watt incandescents. For example, a 20-watt compact fluorescent can replace a 75-watt
incandescent bulb. Our standard wattages are 5w, 7w, 9w, 11w, 13w, 15w, 18w, 20w, 22w,
23w, 25w, 30w, 32w, 45w, 48w, and 55w. Of course, we could also manufacture the lamps
according to the customers' specific wattages requirements.
